Bathue ka raita

Firstly, wash and bathua and rinse it well.

In a pressure cooker boil bathua and green chillies wait for a whistle.let it cool down.

After cooling down, make a paste of it with the help of blender and keep it aside.

In a bowl, whisk the curd nicely. Add boil bathua paste to it. Mix it well. Now add black salt to it.

For tadka, add a TSP ghee in a laddel or a pan add cumin seeds and heeng to it. After crackle pour this tadka in the mixture. It will enhance the taste of bathua Raita.

Before serving the raita sprinkle Black pepper powder on it accordingly taste.
