Makes 12 sandwiches

2 cupsdiced turkey
1/2 cupfinely diced celery
2 tbsfinely diced onion
1/2 cupshredded cheddar cheese
2hard boiled eggs - diced up
1/2 cupMayo
1/4 tspPaprika
Salt and pepper to taste
12sandwich buns

Butter the buns

Combine all the ingredients and spread on the buns.

Wrap in foil. Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes.
