Ingredients

  • Chicken
  • 3 CFlour
  • 1/2 CLard

Steps

  1. 1

    Boil chicken until tender

  2. 2

    Remove chicken

  3. 3

    Keep Beth boiling

  4. 4

    Put flour in bowl

  5. 5

    Cut lard into flour

  6. 6

    Add milk and stir till thick biscuit consistency

  7. 7

    Put flour on board and roll our dough to thick noodles

  8. 8

    Keep flour in hand and cut into bite size pieces and drop into broth

  9. 9

    Don’t stir just shake pan

  10. 10

    Boil 5-10 minutes

  11. 11

    Cut chicken and drop into pan at end.
