Plum cake -loaded with dry fruits (soaked in red grapes juice)

Grease a 7" cake tin with oil and dust with all-purpose flour.Keep aside.

Boil water, sugar and lemon juice along with grapes.Switch off to the gas after 5 min.Let it cool and then strain it.

Cut all the dry fruits into small pieces.Add all the spices and mix, add tutti fruity.Soak them into the grape juice for 4-5 days in the fridge.Mix it properly every alternate day.

Before making the cake,strain the dry fruits.Dust it with all-purpose flour.Keep it aside.

For the cake - Sieve all-purpose flour,baking powder, baking soda 3 times.

Blend sugar,milk powder,oil and milk until thick batter.Add vanilla essence.Now add all-purpose flour in batches by using cut and fold method.Mix soaked dry fruits softly.Add remaining grape juice to adjust the consistency of the batter.

Preheat the oven at 180 degree for 5 min.Pour the batter into the prepared baking tin.Decorate dry fruits on the top of the cake.Bake the cake at 180 degree for 50 min.Check the cake by inserting toothpick.Toothpick should come out clean.
