Steps

Start with washing the poha and draining excess water. keep it aside.

Make a chutney using coriander leaves ginger and garlic. Make a fine paste.

In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, ginger, and green chili. Cook for a few seconds now add onions and cook for 2 mins

Now add peas and salt to taste. Cover and cook this for about 8 mins until the peas are perfect cooked.

Now add coriander paste to it and cook for another 3 mins. Add the poha and adjust the salt and mix everything well. Add lemon juice, and ghee, and mix well.

Serve hot and garnish with coriander leaves.
