Wet fried pork

I recall 2019 I was recovering from an illness, then upon discharge I found my dad had prepared pork. Because he knew I'd love it. But it had stew😂I experienced post prandial vomiting. I just wanted to eat even though I felt nauseated at sight😂
So since then I've always liked pork with no stew,, just fried or wet fried.
Here is my simple recipe

  2. 2

The pork has its own fat, which melts to oil immediately you start cooking.
So no need to add oil
Let it dry till golden brown with its own oil
