Grease the baking tray with 2 tablespoons of olive oil.

Whisk all sauce ingredients.

Put in 4 slices of bread.

And spread the sauce all over the bread. Sprinkle the spices on the bread.

Top with grated cheddar cheese and sprinkle with seasoning again (I just chose basil).

Sprinkle the peppers cut into small cubes, crushed feta chees, finely chopped parsley on the cheddar. Place cherry tomatoes cut in half on top. And sprinkle with spices again.

Place the remaining 4 slices of bread on top of the vegetables. And spread the sauce on the bread and sprinkle with spices.

Sprinkle the peppers cut into small cubes again, crushed feta chee, finely chopped parsley on the bread. And place the cherry tomatoes cut in half. And sprinkle with spices again. And sprinkle grated cheddar on top.

Bake in a preheated 180 degree oven for 20-25 minutes until the cheese melts and turns brown.
