Ingredients

2-3 people
  1. 700 g.Pork sirloin
  2. 1 tbsp.Fish sauce
  3. 1 tbsp.Soy sauce
  4. 4 tbsp.Vegetable oil
  5. 1/4 tsp.Salt
  6. 1/4 tsp.Black soy sauce
  7. Vegetable oil
  8. 2 tbsp.Palm sugar

Cooking Instructions

45 mins
  1. 1

    Mix all ingredients together until palm sugar dissolve
    ••If too thick slice in half and cut into pieces as shown
    •massage by hand for 5 mins.
    •and marinate for 30 mins.

  2. 2

    Add pork to oil when oil is warm but not up to temperature cook on medium low heat
    •and keep stirring pork when cooking to stop pork burning on the bottom
    ** the pork is ready to remove when the oil is clear and pork has golden color shiny as shown **
