Dipp the cabbage leaves in hot water for 5mts. Keep aside

Boil sweet potato and mash it. Add salt, red chilli powder, garam masala or any spices of choice. Mix well

Put a portion in between the leaf and roll it. Shallow fry for 2-3mts on both the sides
- 4
Serve topped with green chutney and curd
