Atta Gud Halwa (Wheat Flour Jaggery Halwa) !!

Soak grated jaggery in hot water and keep aside.
Heat ghee (keeping aside 2 tbsp) in a heavy kadhai or pan on medium flame. Add wheat flour and stir continuously. Roast wheat flour on medium flame stirring continuously till it turns golden brown in colour. - 2
Now add hot water (grated jaggery soaked hot water) and mix well. Make sure no lumps are form. Stirring continuously cook till all water dries.

Add dry fruits (keeping aside some for garnishing), cardamom powder, nutmeg powder, ghee (2 tbsp) and mix well. Cook for a minute and switch off the flame.

Garnish with some dry fruits and serve hot or warm.
