My friend Aunty Fuku taught me this easy and tasty soy sauce pickles. All my family like this pickles.

This is Daikon from the backyard of Aunty Fuku. Clean and cut into 5mm thick.

Mix all seasonings and boil.

Shred ginger and place it on Daikon. Pour boiling sauce on Daikon.

Keep it in the refrigerator. If you have lemon, put lemon zest in it. I put Japanese Yuzu lemon zest.

After 1 day you can eat. This is so easy and tasty.
