Ingredients

  1. 3 poundboneless leg of lamb
  2. 1 packageonion soup mix
  3. 1 teaspoonsalt
  4. 1/2 teaspoonpepper
  5. 2mint leaves
  6. 1 cupwater
  7. Potatoes
  8. Carrots
  9. For mint sauce
  10. 1/2 cupchopped mint leaves
  11. 1/4 cupboiling water
  12. 2 tablespoonscider vinegar
  13. 2 tablespoonssugar
  14. 1/4 teaspoonsalt
  15. 1/8 teaspoonpepper

Steps

  1. 1

    Put lamb in cooker and water and seasoning cook for 1 hour add potatoes and carrots cook and additional 30 minutes

  2. 2

    For mint sauce boil water. In a small bowl and the rest on the ingredients add the water and stir till sugar dissolves. Let steep 20 minutes.
