Spinach Mushroom Omelette

Spinach Mushroom Omelette is a cheesy flavoured Omelette which is a wonderful breakfast / snacking to be served in winters.
It is a yummy Omelette where creamy mushroom is stuffed in spinach omelette.

Steps

Assemble all ingredients, creamy mushroom (some leftover)

In moderately heated pan add butter, add chopped spinach + little salt + little pepper powder and sauté.

Sauté for around 10 minutes.

Now in a mixing bowl, break eggs and whisk it.
Add salt + milk + pepper powder and whisk well, add spinach and give a good mix. - 5
Grease the pan with butter, put it on low flame, pour the egg mixture, and spread evenly around the pan.
Cook for 3-4 minutes under low flame.
Gradually mixture starts setting. - 6
Switch off flame.
Add chopped/ grated cheese on any one side of omelette then add the mushroom. - 7
Switch on flame and cook for 4-5 minutes under low flame. Fold the Omelette very gently in the way that the cheese gets covered and cook further by pressing gently and the cheese melts.

Flip it and Cook the other side further for 3 -4 minutes and dish is done. - 9
Serve hot hot. Cut into pieces and serve.

Pair with tomato ketchup and enjoy.
