Boil the champ in water for a few seconds, then cut into pieces.

Heat oil in a kadai fry champs.Remove excess oil from the kadai & add sliced onion and garlic cloves

Also add ginger garlic paste & fry till well.Then add chopped tomatoes.

Add salt, red chilli powder mix well & simmer on low heat until it is ready.

Add fry champ next.
Combine thoroughly and add a half-glass of water, so the masala is fully absorbed into it. - 6
Add capsicum and cook for 2-3 min.then off the transfer to a serving bowl garnish with garam masala powder, coriander leaves and enjoy 😋
