Ingredients

  1. 1 cupDosa/idly batter
  2. 1onion chopped
  3. 1/4 cupcarrot grated
  4. 1 tspcoriander leaves finely chopped
  5. As Per TasteSalt
  6. As RequiredOil for cooking the dumplings

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    Add all ingredients and mix well.

    Grease each of the pits of the Paniyaram pan with little oil. Pour the batter with a spoon to the pan.

    Flip the dumplings with a help of a stick/knife after few minutes so that both sides get cooked.
