For the crust, blend all of those ingredients in a food processor. Then press your graham cracker mixture into an 8x8 baking pan! Bake for 15-20 minutes at 300 degrees.

Then, blend the filling ingredients in your clean food processor. It should be nice and creamy. Slowly pour your filling on to the crust. Bake in the same heat for 45-50 minutes.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. For the topping, mix the strawberries in the sugar with a spoon. Soak the strawberries and sugar for at least 30 minutes. Then, place strawberries neatly on top of cheesecake. Ta-da, there are your Cheesecake Bars! Serve, and enjoy!
