Stuffed Besan Chilla

Take a bowl add all dry ingredients. Mix well. Add water and mix avoid the lumps. Make a smooth batter. Cover it and leave for 5-10 minutes. After 10 minutes, mix the batter once more.

Heat a non-stick tawa and wipe it with water. Pour the batter and spread centre of the tawa. Let it cook. Apply ghee on edges. Cook it for 1/2 minutes. Flip it. Cook it on both sides till light brown.

Add potato and onion on chilla and fold it. Then cut in small pieces. Stuffed Besan Chilla is ready. Turn off the flame. Take it out in a plate.

Sprinkle with green chutney, meethi chutney and all spices. Serve hot and enjoy....😋😋
