Ingredients

  • 2 packetvermicelli
  • 30raisins
  • 2big size tomato puri
  • 2 tbsptomato Kechup
  • 2big size onion slissed onion
  • 3green chilli
  • 1 tbspkashmiri red chilli powder
  • as requiredSalt according to taste
  • 4 tbspcooking oil
  • 1 bowlcauliflower
  • 1 bowlpea
  • 3/4 bowlcarrot cut in rectangle shape
  • 150 gpaneer
  • 1 packetMaggi masala

  1. 1

    First of all pour a glass of water twice and boil it.
    Will cook 3 fourth by adding vermicelli.

  2. 2

    Don't soften at all

  3. 3

    When the water starts to thicken pour half a glass of water.

  4. 4

    We'll run inside tap.

  5. 5

    This make noodles and vermicelli become edible.

  6. 6

    When it cools down a bit, add about two spoon of cooking oil and mix it well.

  7. 7

    Add 4 tbsp oil and heat it.will add paneer and fry it lightly.

  8. 8

    It gives a good taste.

  9. 9

    Will put cauliflower and make it golden. Will fry raising too.

  10. 10

    In the remaining oil add green chilli and onion and make it light pink.

  11. 11

    5 pie will also put garlic cloves turn into light pink.

  12. 12

    Now after putting fry onion in jar will also add cashew, ginger and garlic, make a paste by adding about half a cup of water.

    At the same pan add the paste and stir adding tomato pure will stair fry one to one & half minutes.

    Add kashmiri red chilli powder, cumin powder to the cream and mix it well.

  15. 15

    Adding peas carrot maggi masala cook until soft.

  16. 16

    Now the spices is cooked cooked.

    The oil spice has separated.

    Add cauliflower and rasing to it and mix it well.

    Put boiled vermicelli mix it well.

  20. 20

    Take out in serving plate. Put cheese on top.
