Once disinfected, dry the strawberries completely with paper towels. They need to be super dry. When they are completely dry, place the chocolate in three different cups, one type of chocolate per cup. Microwave each one in 30-second intervals, meaning heat for 30 seconds, remove, stir, and repeat until melted.

Lift the stem and sepals of each strawberry upwards. Insert a toothpick in the middle and dip them in the chocolate of your choice. Place the strawberries on a tray lined with wax paper to dry. Once dry, decorate with a different color chocolate. To do this, place a piece of chocolate in the corner of each Ziploc bag and heat for 10 seconds in the microwave. Cut a small hole in the corner with scissors and use it like a piping bag.

You can place them in cupcake liners and in an acetate box with a ribbon. This is how I pack them for gifts, and they look very pretty.
