Take chicken koftay as required.

Take a wok add oil, onion, ginger garlic paste, tomato paste and stir fry until the colour is light golden brown.

Add all dry spices and bhonify the masala. Then add kofta and stir fry. Uncover and gently stir fry kofta. Don't use the spoon. (Pan ko gently move Karna hy taka kofta tootay na)

Add dry kasuri methi, yogurt and mix well. Then add water and adjust the water consistency and cook for 10 minutes the Kofta is soft.

Chicken Kofta is ready to serve.

Boil the eggs.

Dish out the chicken kofta with boiled eggs. Serve garma garam tandoori Roti or naan.
