સૌ પ્રથમ લોટ સામગ્રી ભેગી કરી થોડો કઠણ લોટ બાંધી લેવો....ત્યાર બાદ બટાકા અને વટાણા ને બાફી લેવા....ત્યાર બાદ બટાકા ને મેશ કરીને તેમાં વટાણા અને બધા મસાલા નાખી પૂરણ બરાબર મિક્સ કરી લેવું...

ત્યાર બાદ એક લુવો લઈ તેને થોડો મોટો ગોળ વણી ને વાટકી વડે ગોળ આકાર આપી વચ્ચે થી બે ભાગ કરી લેવા...

ત્યાર બાદ બતાવ્યા મુજબ સમોસા નો ત્રિકોણ આકાર આપી અંદર સ્ટફિંગ ભરી લેવું અને સમોસા ને બંધ કરી દેવું..આમ બધા સમોસા તૈયાર કરી લેવા અને ગરમ તેલ માં તળી લેવા...આમ બધા સમોસા તૈયાર થઈ જાય એટલે ગરમ ગરમ સમોસા ને સર્વ કરી શકાય...
