Swich on the gas.take a pan or kadhai.add khada jera and red chilli.its colour brown now add garlic ginger paste 1/2 tsp and add matar.mix it well.add half tsp salt.cook 5minute.then cool down.graind the matar.

Now ready to dough with aata, salt, oil, mangrela, ajvain and water.take some quantity of dough in your palm.fill the matar felling.lock it properly.

Hit the Oil.Rooling the poori. Put the poori in oil.cook both sides.

Now matar poori is ready to eat.its so yammi.eat with sabji or simply eat with chai.
