Bruschetta with Sausage and Cream Cheese

Giulia 🌺 @julia_passioncook19
Bruschetta with sausage and cream cheese, a delicious appetizer typical of Tuscan cuisine, thanks to the recipe by @ivana75cucinadimimi. It was simple and truly a new discovery! Let me know what you think!
Cooking Instructions
- 1
In a bowl, place the sausage without the casing, breaking it up roughly with your hands or a fork. Add the cream cheese and mix well with a fork.
- 2
Cut a small baguette in half, then cut each half again to get 4 slices of bread. Spread a generous layer of the mixture on top.
- 3
Place the bruschetta in the basket of an air fryer and cook at 355°F (180°C) for about 9-10 minutes, until a nice crust forms. Remove and serve, and voilà!

Here I have used slices of an homemade rustic garlic bread. Used some juicy tomatoes and lots of fresh cottage cheese. A total healthy appetiser. Reena Andavarapu -

Bruschetta Picada Bruschetta Picada
Throughout the week, I was thinking of ways to make taco more Italian style. Immediately, I thought of bruschetta but wanted to figure out how to incorporate the tacos without overloading it. Ultimately, I came up with this. The downside? While access to most ingredients during the panic buying of COVID-19 are becoming scarce and many stores raising prices to most meats, I had to get a bit creative. So I bought rib-eye and carved it down to a picada style. The Cast Iron Soulé -

I am a huge fan of tennis and Rafa’s!! 🙂 who ever enjoys tennis would know who he his..:), I played tennis most of my life and would have continued to play if I wasn’t hit by a car a couple of years ago…but that’s another story and I won’t go into that now, I am fine no issues with my arm I just can’t play anymore.Anyway, once the tennis season starts I am in front of the tv rooting for Rafa, and I kind of really get involved in the whole match by jumping when Rafa wins and maybe a bit of yelling after all I am a fan. hahaha 🙂 🙂 🙂 Since the season has started I enjoy making appetisers to eat while I am watching the match or matches. I do enjoy watching other tennis players like Federer, Dimitrov Murray, Wawrinka, Tsonga Goffin, F. Fognini, Baghatis and many more. So, this is one appetiser that I enjoy making, the combination of the sun dried tomatoes with olive oil, soooo yummy and one more appetiser which I will post later Oven Baked Feta Cheese. 🙂 Both delicious and quick I hope you enjoy this recipe 🙂 Foodzesty
