Using kitchen scissors, remove the casing from the sausages.

Place the meat in a bowl, add the well-drained stracchino, and mix with a fork.

Cut 8 slices of bread and spread a generous layer of the mixture on top.

Place the bruschetta on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake in a preheated static oven at 390 °F for about 10 minutes.

When a delicious crust forms on top, remove the bruschetta from the oven and sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper. Serve the bruschetta hot.

TIPS:
In this recipe, the sausage is mixed raw with the stracchino and then baked; alternatively, you can crumble it in a hot pan, deglaze with a splash of white wine, and cook until well browned. Once cooled, mix it with the creamy cheese and spread the resulting mixture on the bread slices, which should then be baked at 350 °F for about ten minutes.
