An instant and an easy Salad with the Citrus Fruit that is easily available nowadays and a popular Gauva from Thailand that's amazingly refreshing. With just a little of Salt and Pepper, this simple Salad is a perfect choice for any day. Not only is it a yummy one but also a quick one too. Nothing much required to do at all. Just cut and toss. That's it. Thai Guava is mildly sweet and has no smell whatsoever unlike it's Indian counterpart.
It's a delicious Fruit Salad and can be enjoyed as an afterschool treat or even for a quick brunch.

Steps

No Cook Recipe
  1. 1

Cut the grapefruit into small pieces and add to a bowl. Discard the pith and the seeds both. Segments can be easily broken into pieces or can be cut into cubes. Toss with the rest of the ingredients mentioned for a yummy instant Salad.

  2. 2

Thai guava can also be cut into small cubes as desired. Since it's a bit mildly sweet and bland, I preferred using them with grapefruit that's tangy and peppy. This combination is just too awesome.

  3. 3

Toss everything up with salt and pepper. And it's all done. Enjoy mouthfuls of this beautiful salad with your loved ones. Yum!

Homemaker by choice and a passionate cook by heart. An aspiring cook who actually never knew anything about Cooking until i became a mother myself. With Motherhood came the responsibilities as well and this was the turning point in my life.I started to learn the ABC's of cooking, taking help from my mother and my MIL. And time just flew. I spread my wings higher and higher. With my love for excellence and innovation, i stepped into a world of homecooks with my exposure to Cookpad one fine day on the social media. And there was no looking back since then and i have not only shared recipes here on this wonderful platform but also have made some lovely friends as well. Today iam successful because of my hard work, dedication and loads of good wishes of my family and my kids in particular.
