  • 1 cupmaida
  • 2 tspghee
  • as per requirementWater for dough
  • Filling
  • 1 cupkhoya
  • 1 cupsweet petha mithai
  • 1)2 cup nariyal dry
  • 1/4 cupDry fruits
  • pinchElaichi powder
  • strandsFew kesar
  • Sugar syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 3 cupswater
  • pinchElaichi powder
  • few strands kesar

Steps

  1. 1

    Make soft dough using maida,ghee,and water

  2. 2

    Rest dough for 20 mins

  3. 3

    Other side make sugar syrup by add water,sugar, elaichi,kesar

  4. 4

    Sugar syrup should not be too thick nor too loose

  5. 5

    From dough make small balls roll it down. Fill the mixture.and shape it using gujiya mould

  6. 6

    Deep fry on slow flame when it turns pink dip it in sugar syrup.for 1 sec.

  7. 7

    Ready to serve
