Ingredients

  1. 3 kgbeef
  2. 3 cupschana daal
  3. 4medium onion
  4. 2 mediumCinnamon sticks
  5. 2 tbsZeera
  6. 3Bari ilaichi
  7. 15Whole black pepper
  8. 25Red button chilli
  9. Salt
  10. Green chilli as pe taste
  11. 2 tbsYogurt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    In pressure cooker put beef, all dry ingredients, chana daal, and one onion and add water according to your cooker and let it cook till 30 minutes or according to your cooker
    If you don’t have cooker it will take 4 to 5 hours

    When it will tender leave it till it will cool and dry

  3. 3

    Now chop all better and add green chili, chopped onion and yoghurt and mix it well

  4. 4

    Now make your desire shapes and freeze them and store in plastic bags or containers

  5. 5

    Note! In case your better is not thick then add some bread slices and rest the better in fridge it will be fine
