Ingredients

  • 10 sprigsparsley
  • 1onion
  • 2celery stalks
  • 2 cupscilantro
  • 2green bell peppers, quartered
  • 3scallion stalks
  • 2chicken bouillon cubes or 3/4 of a packet
  • 5 sprigsthyme or 1 1/2 tbs of dried thyme
  • As much garlic as you like
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 1/4 cupextra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbswhite vinegar

Steps

  1. 1

    Remove stems and seed from ingredients according to your preference. In a blender add the herbs, onions, peppers, garlic bouillon cubes and vinegar. Puree ingredients and then slowly add the olive oil untill ingredients have an even consistency. Place in a container & refrigerate until needed.
