Ingredients

  1. 1 cupdiced onion
  2. 2 tablespoonsbutter
  3. 1 cupchopped tomato
  4. 1 cupgreen pepper,diced
  5. 1 cupcelery,diced
  6. 1/2 tablespoondry mustard
  7. 1 tablespoonbrown sugar (more sugar if preferred)
  8. 2 cupschicken stock
  9. 1 cupketchup
  10. Salt,red pepper,paprika to taste

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Melt butter,stir and fry onions lightly. Add remaining ingredients,cook over low heat about 50 minutes. Serve with any cooked meat.
