So a day before, I made fried chicken, and 2 pieces were left then the next day I made white chicken karahi with 3 pieces left. Now because of fasting, nobody wants to eat. Hmm… I deboned it, wash it, dry it and put it in dry mil, and chopped it fully. It turned into a mince. Mix it up with mayo, peri sauce, salt, and pepper and my mixture is ready to stuff in chilies. #ramadanbazar

Make your own choice of stuffing. I use leftover chicken, mix it with mayonnaise, peri sauce, salt and pepper. Wash chilies properly and dry it up. Cut the slit and take it out seeds.

Start stuffing in chilies and add a thin lengthwise slice of cheddar cheese.

Once you stuff it all then start coasting. Prepare the stuff: flour, egg, and breadcrumbs. Firstly dust it with dry flour and put it on the side.

Then take chili one by one dip it into the whipped egg and then roll it on bread crumbs.

Again dip it in whipped egg and then coat it with breadcrumbs.

Once all done, put it in freeze for 15 mins. Heat up the wok or pan with oil and put it in hot oil carefully. Start frying and by stirring and flipping in oil with turner

Take it out in a strainer and then put I in a serving dish with peri peri sauce.
