  • 1/2 cupBoil moong -1 or 1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • 1-1/2 tbspCream -
  • 1-1/2 tspGinger paste -
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper -
  • Coriander leaves for garnish

Steps

  1. 1

    Wash moong. Boil moong with salt and ginger paste. When boil is done. Take it into bowl. Add blackpepper

    Add cream. Mix well. Garnish with coriander leaves. Serve it.
