  • 2 cupsshimeji
  • 4 spoonsbutter
  • 1chopped onion
  • 1and 1/2 cups of rice for risoto
  • 1 cupwhite wine
  • 1 litrevegetable broth
  • 1 cupgreen peas
  • 1 cupgrated Parmesan
  • Salt and pepper

    Olive oil + butter

    Broth slowly (one spoon at a time)

    At the end, when it is already smooth and creamy, add the Parmesan
