Ingredients

  1. yellow onion (1/2, half raw, half roasted)
  2. garlic (4 cloves, half raw, half roasted)
  3. black beans (1 can)
  4. chipotle in adobo (1 tsp)
  5. lime juice (1 lime)
  6. Greek yogurt (1/4 cup)
  7. triple smoked bacon (2 slices and fat from cooking)
  8. chili powder (1/2 tsp)
  9. salt and pepper

    Roast onion and garlic, chop roasted and raw onion and garlic in food processor, add other ingredients and process until smooth
