Today I have made tasty delicious sorshe papda mach . It's very easy and quick recipe. It's best goes to steam rice.

First clean and wash the fish properly and place on a plate add salt and turmeric powder and rub well the fish. Keep aside to marinate for 15 minutes. Heat mustard oil in a kadai and place the fish carefully and fry on medium heat. When one side fry nicely golden brown then flip it carefully and fry till golden brown. Now take out in a plate, keep aside.

Same kadai add kaloungi and green chillies and saute few seconds then add mustard paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder and mix it well and cook on low flame.

Now add 1 cup water, salt and cook 4-5 minutes. Now add fried fish and cook another 4-5minutes. Lastly add chopped coriander leaves mix it well, turn off the flame. Sorshe Pabda Mach /Fish is ready.
