Steps

Clean and wash sunsunia saag. Chop potato and onion.

Heat oil, add and allow to crackle mustard seeds. Add chopped onions, green chilli and dry chilli.

Add chopped potatoes and cook till soften. Then mix well washed saag with potato and onion.

Add 2 Tsp water, salt, cover for a minute and cook. Sunsunia saag fry is ready to serve with steamed rice.
