Steps

Wash and cut sneak gourd. Remove seeds from it. Keep aside.

Now check seeds and separate tender ones. We are using tender. Heat deep pan, add oil to it.

Once hot add mustard seeds, turmeric powder, curry leaves. Mix well. Now add asefoetida. Add tender seeds.to it.

Mix well, now add red chilli powder and salt. Mix well add some water and cook for 2 mins.

Now add roasted peanut powder and lemon juice. Mix well.cook for one more minute. It is ready to serve. Goes well with phulka, chapati rice,everything.

If you want to use it for travelling don't add water. Use more oil for the recipe. Tastes yum, do try this
