Hello darkness my old Friend 🎶 is all I could think of making this meal. Unraveling mysteries of the past. In fact, Black rice in ancient China was the food of Emperors for its antioxidants and rich nutrients for a prolonged life. Hence it was called the "Forbidden rice". Also , certain chicken cuisines were forbidden for commoners. This chicken recipe is Glazy , sticky, and most of all SUPER YUMMY.

Ingredients

4 servings
  1. 1-2 lbschicken Thigh
  2. 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  3. 1/4 cuphoney
  4. 2 tbsminced garlic
  5. 1tsb black pepper
  6. 1/2 cupsesame oil
  7. Sesame seeds for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    First, rinse and strain your chicken thighs. Add the soy sauce, honey, minced garlic, sesame oil, and black pepper. Mix well and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

    Second, on medium heat in a non-sticky pan place each piece and flip 3 times every 2-3 minutes until fully cooked. Enjoy with any rice and side dishes.
