First start by shredding the cabbage 🥬, cut chopped spring onions 🧅, finely chopped parsley, finely chopped mint leaves 🌿, finely chopped garlic 🧄, onion rings 🧅, ginger juliennes and add in the bowl 🥣, mix gently.

For Dressing: in a small bowl 🥣 add crush garlic 🧄, extra virgin olive oil, black pepper powder, salt 🧂, lemon juice 🍋 and mix well, drizzle the dressing on the salad and mix well gently, keep 30 mins in refrigerator before serving. Serve

Note: keeping the salad 🥗 in the refrigerator for 30 mins, will allow the flavor to develop.
