料理步驟

1. 紫薯(地瓜)蒸熟後壓至蓉狀 steam the purple sweet potatoes and then mash them
2.把酵母及糖加入溫水,然後混合面粉,再加入薯蓉及鹽搓揉,加入油再揉至光滑,包上保鮮膜室溫發酵20mins
mix yeast with sugar and warm water first, then flour, mashed potatoes and salt, finally oil until the dough is smooth. Cover the dough under room temperature for 20 mins. - 2
3. 搓揉用木棍壓平,放糖及芝麻粉後慢慢捲起來和收口
knead a little bit and roll out the dough, sprinkle sesame powder and sugar, then roll up and “zip” it - 3
4. 切件再發酵30-40分鐘,蒸10分鐘
cut into equal sizes and rest another 30 -40mins, steam 10 mins
