Sunny Melon Salad with Feta, Lomo, and Sichuan Pepper

Cut the melon in half.

Remove the seeds and fibers, then cut each half in half again and peel them.

Cut each melon quarter in half, then slice. Set aside the end pieces. Cut the lomo slices in half.

Arrange the melon slices in a ring (save a few slices) on a large platter and add the lomo.

Cut the feta into small cubes.

Dice the reserved melon ends and mix with the feta.

Add the reserved melon slices to the platter, then place the feta and melon mixture in the center.

Grind Sichuan pepper over the top. It's ready!
