Steps

Peel,wash dice the potato,chop the cabbage,tomato and chilli.
Cut the spring onion n kp aside. - 2
In a nonstick pan add oil, mustard cumin and hing then add chili and tomato,add salt and saute till tomato gets soft.

Now add chopped cabbage n potato mix slowly n cover it and cook for 5 mnts.
After that when the potato gets cooked, add chilli powder turmeric powder coriander powder and Spring onion leaves,mix slowly and cook for one mnt,then switch off the flame. Our subji is ready. - 4
Transfer the subji in the bowl,
Sprinkle sm Spring onion leaves and serve..
Have a Yummy subji with chapati or rice.. Enjoy..👌😋
I served it with fulka roti/ Chapati..
