Take 1 quart of beef broth and the Jasmine rice in a bowl, allow to soak at least an hour. Take the peppers and cut the tops off, and remove seeds and cores.

Preheat oven to 450° Fahrenheit. Dice the tops of the peppers. Gather the spices, tomato paste, and diced pepper tops, and add to the ground chuck.

Stuff the peppers. One was bad I did have 12 but one was bad, so I cut one in half. Take the spaghetti sauce and add over the top. Bake in the oven for 45 minutes covered. Cook the Basmati rice in the beef broth, salt, and water till done.

Allow the peppers to rest 15 minutes, uncover, and serve, I hope you enjoy!!!!
