Ingredients

30 minutes

4 servings

6raw bananas
2-3 spoons of salted water
1 tsppepper powder
1 tspchaat masala
Oil for frying

Peel the banana and put a few wafers in the wafer making pan and keep them loosely in the plate.

Then when the oil heats up, add wafers to it and add 1/2 teaspoon of salted water to it.

Now when it is fried, add pepper powder and chaat masala.

So this is how your raw banana wafer is prepared which has become very crunchy.
