Take rice and wash two times and then rinse it,keep aside. Take all ingrediant.

Keep pan to heat then add ghee in it after heated add cloves,cardamon,chinnamon stick,bay leaves fry it for one minutes and then add cashew nuts fry well and then add Turmeric powder add rice and again fry for few minutes and then add 1 cup boling water and stearing well,add saffron.cook this rice up to 10 min after that keep lid on it and cook for 5 min.

Delicious Govindbhog rice to serve if you want more ghee then add it and served.
