    Wash and rinse these yummy Red globe grapes thoroughly. Usually these are not seedless. Hence you need to deseed them. And cut each into two halves. That's the first part.

    Add them to a bowl with some chia seeds. Toss well and it's all ready for you all to dig in.

    It's practically a no fuss Salad. Simple yet filling and absolutely sweet. It's also juicy and luscious. Sprinkle a few more of the chia seeds when serving in each bowl. Enjoy!
