Subja seeds are extensively used for seasoning , tend to give lovely flavour to the food . They are high in minerals, fibres & Omega 3 .That is why they are known as Wonder Seeds.
In this recipe I have used Super Food Subja with papaya which makes a great combination of taste , texture & colour .

Steps

Take subja seeds in a strainer & wash them properly.Soak them for 1/2 an hour with 1 t.sp sugar. After 1/2 an hour they will become triple in quantity.

Take papya with 1 t.spsugar & blend to paste in a mixer jar. Now add milk & blend again.

Now put subja seeds at the bottom of a glass. Pour smoothie in the glass. Put a little subja seeds on top also. Serve immediately. Enjoy this yummy & healthy smoothie with your family.
