2 CupsApple Cider Vinegar
3 TbsSalt
2 TbsPoultry Seasoning
1 tspPepper
1-2 ClovesGarlic (crushed)

In a bowl beat egg.

Add oil to egg & beat well

Add the following ingredients to the egg mixture: vinegar, salt, pepper, poultry seasoning, & garlic. Mix well.

Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
Makes 10 chicken halves
