Assemble all ingredients

In a mixing bowl add all chopped vegetables and mix it, add crumbled Chena / Paneer add mayonnaise and mix gently.

Add Black pepper powder + home made Tandoori masala and mix gently.

Mixture for sandwich is ready.

Take bread slices and apply butter

Spread a thick and even layer of the prepared mixture. Cover it another bread slice keeping the buttered side outwards and give a gentle press.

Put pan / tawa on low heat, grease with butter, place the sandwich and toast for around 2 minutes by pressing gently till golden brown and crisp.

Flip gently and toast the other side till crisp. Sandwich is done.
Cut diagonally and serve hot hot.
