This chilla , I have made from last night's leftover pongal (khichadi) with the addition of curds , besan & garam masala.

Steps

In a plate, take leftover khichadi & add besan, curds sugar, salt, lemon juice & garam masala. Mix very well.Do not add any water. Divide the mixture into 2.

Heat a non-stick pan & grease it with clarified butter. Take 1 portion & pat it on the pan. Put clarified butter on the sides.Cover & cook till pink.

Flip the side & cover & cook till pink spots appear. Remove in plate and serve with fresh curds & green minty chutney.
Make another one the same way. Enjoy proso millet chilla for breakfast.
