Cranberry coconut donut cake

Preheat the oven for 10 minutes.
Take a bowl sieve all the dry ingredients one by one. Maida baking powder soda sugar coconut powder.and canabbery/raisins - 2
Now add all the wet ingredients in the same bowl. Buttermilk, essence. Mix well until homogenous.

Line the mould and pour the batter in the mould and bake at 180'c for 40_45,mins. Check with the toothpick if it comes out clean its done otherwise keep for 10 mins more and Check again.

Let it cool down and come to room temperature. The cranberry donut coconut cake is ready to be served.
